At Cass, we believe that a consulting unit should be able to provide both turnkey and piecemeal help and that there is a need to strike a balance between hand-holding and allowing the companies to operate their own business albeit with a fine-tuned sense of direction.

The vision of Cass is to help new entrepreneurs to compete effectively with the MNCs. There are many consulting organizations and persons but not all of them affordable to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), Tiny Units, Self Help Groups, Small Business Units etc. This results in the lack of quality inputs which are otherwise available to bigger companies. SME entrepreneurs are dogged by day-to-day issues and they seldom get time to think and plan for the future. Thus, it is the need of the hour that quality consulting should be available to such SME entrepreneurs in an affordable manner. The promoters of SMEs have a vision and a lot of ideas, but not the right assistance to help them to fine-tune and implement their strategies. Many have ideas, but need assistance in coming up with a SOHO (Small Office / Home Office). But being able to afford quality consultancy is beyond their dreams.

It is to plug this gap that Cass has come into existence.
